400 MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer for sale.

The NMR is a two-channel 400 MHz Varian VNMRS spectrometer, purchased from Varian in 2006. It includes an Oxford model EUR0028 magnet, which was constructed in 2005. In addition to the base NMR spectrometer, the instrument comes with a Varian SMS 100 autosampler, an FTS Systems chiller, an ILM helium level monitor, and a Varian 400 ATB PFG probe. The host computer is a Dell Precision T3500 running Red Hat 5.3, and the control software is VNMRJ 4.2, revision A.

The NMR spectrometer is fully functional, and the frequency synthesizer (PTS D620), network switch, and DC power supply have all been replaced within the past year. The magnet will need to be decommissioned by Bruker before pickup. The winning bidder will be responsible for arranging the shipping of the instrument from the University of Nevada, Reno, to their site.
