Shipping Policy:

At Millennial Scientific we guarantee the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased product for which you have paid, Millennial Materials and Devices will give you a refund or credit towards another product. Purchased products may be returned for refund, exchange or credit. Return procedures listed below must be followed and purchased products must be returned in resalable condition in order to receive a refund, exchange, or credit. All returned products are inspected for damage. Millennial Scientific is not responsible for damage received in transit. If we reject the returned product, we will notify you so that you can file a damage-in-transit claim with the shipping carrier. A damaged product will be returned to you at your expense or destroyed at your request. To return purchased products: 1. Within 30 days of receipt of purchased product, call the Customer Service Department at 1-855-388-2800 or send an email to sales@millennialscientific.com to obtain a shipping label and return card. 2. Complete return card. 3. Package purchased product(s) in original packaging and with an outer shipping carton to protect product. Include return card in outer shipping carton. Attach shipping label to outer shipping carton. 4. Within 15 days of receiving shipping label, ship carton freight prepaid via traceable means.

Ready to ship to the contiguous United States and Canada in 1-6 days. Free standard shipping within the United States. Additional charges for one day, two day, three day, four day, expedited, and arranged Delivery. Order Cut-off Time: 02:00 PM Flat rate $40 shipping for International Orders. Delivery is complete when purchased products are accepted by the carrier. Shipments in transit are the responsibility of the buyer. We will email a tracking number to you for tracking your shipment.
